After the birth of the Vicenza Pelli brand, the Conceria San Biagio family expands with a new brand: "Hummus". Hummus literally, soil-earth, is nothing but the complex of organic substances derived from the decomposition of vegetable and animal residues.

The development of this new project stems from the desire to create a production system that respects the environment and what better solution than proposing compostable and biodegradable leather.

Vicenza Pelli's goal is to support and expand the concept of sustainability in the fashion industry.

Hummus wants to act on two primary concepts: environmental impact of the product and corporate sustainability.
